We take specialty grade Central American arabica coffee beans and seal them inside them freshly dumped American Bourbon barrels.  Aged for more than a couple fortnights, then roasted to a medium roast.  The aromas of fruity, with burnt sugar meets molasses profiled coffees and smooth whiskey are the first thing that is encountered as you prepare and brew your coffee.  Flavors an elegant smooth medium bodied profile coffee with subtle vanilla and caramel notes without booziness.  The impact of the whiskey barrel aging is even more noticeable for those who add cream or milk to their cup as the caramel, brown sugar and vanilla bourbon flavors move more to the front of the flavors.

Do we know where these whiskey barrels come from?...yes.  Can we tell you where these barrels come from?...our lawyers are saying we wouldn't even have enough money to take them to lunch when we get sued by naming the excellent small batch distilleries we abscond/pinch/swipe/purloin these barrels from.
